These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of AviaTravel OÜ (“SaltyCut”, “we”, “us”) and the saltycut.com platform, including salon dashboards, public booking pages, short links and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
SaltyCut provides online booking, calendar, staff, client and related tools for beauty and wellness businesses. Features depend on your subscription plan. We may improve, add or remove features with reasonable notice when a change is material.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate salon and owner details and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity under your salon account and team logins.
- Keep passwords confidential. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
- One salon workspace is intended for one business; abuse or multi-tenant circumvention may lead to suspension.
3. Plans, trials and billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly unless stated otherwise) via our payment partners.
- Prices are shown on the pricing page / checkout and may change for renewals with notice.
- Welcome offers, coupons and trials are subject to their stated conditions and may be withdrawn.
- Taxes (e.g. VAT) may apply based on your location and billing details.
- Failure to pay may result in restricted access or account suspension.

4. Your content & clients
You retain ownership of data you upload (services, clients, appointments, media). You grant us a licence to host and process that data solely to provide the Service. You must have a lawful basis to collect and process your clients’ personal data and must provide them with your own privacy information where required.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or infringe others’ rights
- Upload malware, scrape the Service abusively, or attack our infrastructure
- Resell SaltyCut access without our written permission
- Use the Service to send spam or deceptive communications
- Attempt to bypass plan limits, security or role permissions
6. Public booking & short links
Public booking pages and staff short links are part of the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of prices, availability and policies shown to your customers. Bookings between your salon and your clients are contracts between you and them — SaltyCut is not a party to those appointments.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. Maintenance, outages at hosting or payment providers, and force majeure events may occur. We are not liable for lost bookings during downtime beyond what these Terms allow.
8. Intellectual property
SaltyCut software, branding and marketing materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer or rebrand the platform except as allowed by law.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, except where they cannot be excluded.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of these Terms or the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for that period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data, except where liability cannot be limited (e.g. fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence).
11. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel per your plan’s billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risk, or remain unpaid. After termination we may delete or anonymize data after a retention window, except records we must keep for law or accounting.
12. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for ongoing use of the Service.
